Every service is subject to a prior discussion in order to understand the client's needs.
A detailed quote is then drawn up.
The mission only begins after written validation of the quote and receipt of a deposit.

3. Collaboration arrangements

The support is based on active collaboration between the two parties.
The client agrees to:

• provide the necessary information

• validate the steps within the deadlines

• remain available for discussions

Any delay in the transmission of information can impact the completion deadlines.

4. Performance of services

Each project is structured in stages (e.g., scoping, design, production, validation).
Exchange points can be organized throughout the mission to ensure follow-up and progress.
5. Deadlines

The delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on:

• customer responsiveness

• the complexity of the project

• possible adjustments during the mission

6. Revisions

The services include a defined number of returns and adjustments, specified in the quote.
Any additional requests may be subject to additional charges.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are expressed in euros.
A deposit is required upon validation of the project.
The balance is to be paid according to the terms defined in the quote.
Any delay in payment may result in the suspension of the service.

8. Responsibility

STUDIO MORGANE is committed to implementing all the necessary means to carry out the services.
However, the agency cannot guarantee specific figures (traffic, sales, etc.), as these depend on many external factors.

9. Ownership of achievements

The deliverables (website, visuals, content…) become the property of the client after full payment.
STUDIO MORGANE reserves the right to present the completed projects in its portfolio.

10. Termination

In the event of project termination during the mission:

• The services rendered remain due.

• The deposit is non-refundable

11. Acceptance

Any validation of a quote implies acceptance of these support conditions.
